Safe Havens

Safe Havens were plentiful on Zerozone, Pullthru relates.

Often based on church, temple and university, sometimes even schools, they were well organised and all cooperated closely with the authorities.

Only a relatively small percentage of them were sacked or perished through starvation or of a terrible disease, called foulbrood, among others more common.
