• TeamBridge Business Social Club is an informal association of independent trade agents
  TeamBridge Business Social Club is an informal association of independent trade agents, designers, consultants and ancillary members of the public with an interest in trade.
  
  
• TeamBridge Business Social Club members cooperate together
  Although the members of TeamBridge Business Social Club cooperate together and share many resources each member agent, designer, consultant or other member deals with a licensed importer-exporter and/or manufacturer, one or many depending on the complexity of the project, overseen but not controlled by the administrator (the duty manager) of TeamBridge Business Social Club.
  
  
• Responsibility
  It is the manufacturer and in some cases the exporter or the importer that assumes legal responsibility, not the agent, designer or consultant working with the shared resources of TeamBridge Business Social Club.
  
  
• TeamBridge Business Social Club introduces
  TeamBridge Business Social Club introduces agents, designers, consultants and labour to organisations that request them. TeamBridge Business Social Club management has its own case-by-case arrangement with each organisation or individual that uses the shared resources of TeamBridge Business Social Club.
  
  
• The agent's sole function
  The agent's sole function is to introduce buyer and seller and act as an intermediary.
  
  
• Contractual agreement
  The designer or consultant will have established his or her own individual contractual agreement with a manufacturer and or trade company clearly stipulating his or her own legal rights and obligations, in some cases employing the services of a lawyer who is also a member of TeamBridge Business Social Club.
  
  
• Overseen by TeamBridge Business Social Club
  Payments, shipping, hospitality, and in some cases manufacture, is overseen by TeamBridge Business Social Club in each member's individual capacity as an agent or consultant employed by each licensed company.
  
  
• Commercial information
  TeamBridge Business Social Club maintains records of all commercial information and may share this information with governing bodies on request. TeamBridge Business Social Club permits governing bodies continuous access to this information.

The collective and individual membership of TeamBridge Business Social Club accepts no responsibility for the outcome of any transaction begun through the agency of TeamBridge Business Social Club.

Before engaging the services of a TeamBridge Business Social Club member you must ensure that you (your organisation) is legally entitled to offer employment and that you (your organisation) is legally entitled to to import or export the goods or services that you require.
