Perhaps Peter Pullthru was inspired by a planet Zerozone version of Jonathan Swift? He seems so far to be keen to declare all of his positive influences and heroes.

Certainly we will learn many of the names and stories of some of those, his friends among them, and others who helped to guide planet Zerozone into becoming the great emerging galactic hub of prosperous free empire that it appears to now be.
